DescriptionNot ALLOWED is an invitation-based, independent cultural event reflecting the current state of the Hungarian fashion and art scene. Born from almost no budget, the event was made possible entirely through the solidarity of Hungary’s top creative professionals, who dedicated their time, work, and passion to push for change in our shared cultural space. The first exclusive Not Allowed event took place at the Kristály Színtér, transforming the space into a multidisciplinary experience that merged fashion, performance, and installation art. Each designer was given a custom-built set that reflected the essence of their collection — not merely as a backdrop, but as an interactive part of the show. Nóra Kulcsár’s world was defined by vibrant playfulness; Anna Rókusfalvy’s by rural Hungarian textures and tradition; and Fábián Kis Juhász’s by refined minimalism that emphasized the sculptural power of the garments. Not Allowed is more than a fashion event — it’s a growing platform for independent expression, creative freedom, and cultural experimentation.
